Whatever the truth, this particular one seems to be a case of the latter.
Baartmans and Siegel, purveyors of sophisticated elegance, have teamed up with outerwear experts Penfield on an exclusive AW14 collaboration. The result is a range of jackets in not only the highest quality soft-shell outer layer and premium down insulation, but with the refined luxury of a high-end fashion brand.”The exciting part of the collaboration is combining our trademark handwritings to create a union of excellence. With a focus on tactile fabrications, the three coats are engineered to be suitable for multiple landscapes, and to provide heightened comfort and indulgence. Details include hidden seams and zippers, high-impact cuts, jet black fur trims and linings. Based on Penfield’s Hoosac, Kasson and Holgate styles, the three pieces have been developed for ‘Life in the Open,’ ensuring durability, warmth, comfort and style… everything you expect from both brands!
